The Orange County Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council assists the Chief Probation Officer in developing a comprehensive, multi-agency juvenile justice plan to develop a continuum of responses for the prevention, intervention, supervision, treatment and incarceration of juvenile offenders, in accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code Section 749.22 and Government Code Section 30061.
Please note that members of the Orange County Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council must annually file a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) pursuant to Government Code Section 87200. The statement is a personal disclosure of assets and income. The purpose of financial disclosure is to alert public officials to personal interests that might be affected while they are performing their official duties (i.e., making governmental decisions). Disclosure also helps inform the public about potential conflicts of interest.
