Pretrial Assessment Release Service Program

State and federal law protects the confidentiality of those under Probation Supervision. As such, I cannot give out any case-specific information by email. If you believe you are on formal, supervised probation, you will need to report to one of our offices in person.

If you believe you are on informal probation, supervised by the court, you will need to contact the court regarding questions or extensions for community service/programs ordered by the court. Your legal counsel may be able to offer suggestions to you, or you might consult with the Self-Help page of the Court’s website:

If you believe you were placed to the Pretrial Assessment Release Service Program (PARS), you can contact the PARS unit directly for more information at (714) 569-2000.
