Jennifer Villa is the Chief Deputy Probation Officer currently overseeing the Administrative Services Bureau which includes divisions ranging from Backgrounds/Hiring/Recruitment, Internal Affairs, Custodian of Records, Accounting and Finance, Budget, Clerical Support and Scheduling, Facilities Services, Safety and Risk Management, Purchasing and Contracts, IT, and Human Resources.

She has 25 years of experience working in a variety of Probation assignments, including adult, juvenile, administrative, training, policies and procedures, and professional standards. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount and a master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach. She is dedicated to fostering an environment which promotes direction and clarity, while continuing to pursue knowledge and avenues that expand the department’s ability to adapt and provide safety, service, and support to the community.
