Todd Graham is the Chief Deputy Probation Officer in Orange County, currently overseeing the Adult Operations Bureau. His span of control includes nearly over 300 staff in four divisions and thirty-one operational units. He has been with the department for 30 years and has served in multiple assignments, ranging from juvenile supervision to specialized responsibilities in human relations. He has 19 years of executive and upper management experience, having a strong working knowledge of the principles and methods of management and fiscal administration, coupled with a thorough knowledge of Federal, State, and County laws and policies for Probation and community corrections.
